This made me laugh so much! We didn’t have to do tape back in the day. The bed springs held the sheets and blankets pretty well! Love this! 😂

bed springs???

Yes. The bed frame had inflexible wire springs the mattress set on. We were able to pull the blankets and sheets through the wires to keep them in place. #weirdhistoricalfacts! 😂

WOW ! That was very informative and cool!! I thought the bed / hospital corners had to be super tight with just the way the sheets were folded and tucked, I had no idea all that was goin on under the mattress, very cool!

Subbed 🇺🇸 That's one tedious chore, practice makes perfect and taking your time will help until you get the hang of it😇. Soon you'll be doing it in the dark and it'll be lovely. Thanks to all of you for wanting to serve and sacrifice for our great nation. Respects 👍🏻

My dad would duct tape everything. They also would open his drawers really fast so he super glued all of his books in his drawers 😂😂.

What’s the significance of having a neat bed?

The theory is that if you make your bed in the morning, you’ve already accomplished one thing for the day & are off to a great start.
