Just stumbled across your channel. Good video guys! It’s crazy how little the general public understands about ISAs and SIPPs. My 2 girls are 3 years old and 6 months old and I’ve got Junior SIPPs and Junior S&S ISAs set up for both of them already. Just went for the FTSE Global All cap for the SIPPs as they will be compounding away for 50+ years. Been a bit more adventurous with the Stocks and shares funds 🙂

Not too late at 14, ofcourse. It doesn't affect workplace pension. It's a private pension and they'll always have access to it. Plus, they'll get a workplace pension too.
