In today's video, you're going to learn how to make your ex miss you. Unfortunately, many people get caught up in trying to seek validation from their ex instead of bettering themselves. After a breakup, you are in a very vulnerable state of mind- you're impatient, you're in pain, and you want reassurance that you will be getting back together with your ex. But if you are desperate to try to get your ex's attention, they are more than likely not going to miss you because you are still overwhelming them with attention. Therefore, you are in essence ruining the attraction process.
If you want your ex to miss you, you first have to give them time and space to do so. If you don't give them time and space, how can you expect them to miss you? Just because the feelings are strong on your end does not mean they are strong on your ex's end. If you can focus on what you can control, you can make your ex miss you. Of course everything he said has long since been analyzed, pondered, implemented, applied, dissected, reassembled and so on immediately upon entering my sadness phase. It's not bad advice overall but it doesn't really apply to what it implies it does. Getting back together. Instead I believe it to be more about you using your time post breakup as constructively and beneficially as possible through self betterment exercises, so to speak. Also its worth noting that the advice is for anyone interested in getting back together with someone, without the actual cause of the breakup being a factor. Hmm??🤔

My ex left me in August when my son was only two months old. He has refused to help me financially and demands FaceTime with his son at his leisure, fast forward to December he makes it a point to send a couple of bibs and A book to our son with a note from him and his new girlfriend. How in the world can you navigate a heartbreak and create boundaries with someone that is so spiteful and mean? I need to heal and move on but how is that possible ? I'm in need of advice my ex broke up with me 4 months in dating he had been acting very distant and it didn't feel like a relationship anymore. So he broke up with me, he came back 4 days later. We started dating again. I later found out it was because he had he felt like he was losing feelings, catching feelings for his girl bestfriend, and his ex convinced him that me and him wouldn't work out. So now about a month ago he left again for the second time after 6 months in. Before leaving he said he felt like he was losing feelings again and had told me prior he cuddled with his bestfriend and told me about the dream and said that we had never cuddled when we had. He also chose to go on New years eve when he could've came to mine. All this was his doing when he knew had feelings for her in the past. He said that it perhaps started happening when he started getting distant I didnt notice him getting distant if I'm being honest everything felt good in the relationship but I guess not from his end. He left for 3 days saying he needed time to think and told me the truth about his feelings for his bestfriend I told him that regardless of his choice at this point I didnt want to be with him anymore. He tried getting a third chance a while after and I don't know if I should give him a third chance. He really really hurt me.

Being on the verge of Valentine's day, I know a lot of your clients are probably asking the question, "to say happy valentines day" to their ex or not. It would be powerful and effective video for you all to publish a video response to. I can see most of you coaches saying how powerful it would be if they did not reach out and say that to their ex, who broke up with them. Or will you throw a curve ball and offer the opposite advice? Or would you give 2 responses, one for the ex who was too needy, and one for the ex who was broken up with because they neglected their partner?
