In today's video, you're going to learn how to make an ex miss you. Unfortunately, most of the time, people get caught up in trying to seek validation from their ex instead of focusing on bettering themselves. After a breakup, you are in a very vulnerable state of mind- you are impatient, you want the pain to stop, and you want the assurance that you and your ex is going to get back together. But if you are desperate to try to get your ex's attention, they are more than likely not going to miss you because you are overwhelming them with attention and validation.
Therefore, you are, in essence, ruining that attraction process that needs to happen organically. So if you want your ex to miss you, you first need to give them time and space to do so. If you don't give them time and space to miss you, how can you expect them to miss you? Just because the feelings are strong on your end, does not mean that your ex will necessarily feel the same. Be patient and focus on the things that you can control.

I've been watching your videos for two weeks. He broke up with me all because I asked him when are we going to spend time together. After watching a few of your videos I been in no contact for about 2 weeks. I been working on myself to be a better me for me. I been processing some of the things he didn't like with me making changings so I can grow. But during no contact your videos helped me realize I don't want he back. I don't know whether or not I should congratulate him on his birthday tomorrow. We broke up 1 month ago (I don't even know who initiated it: I asked for a break (because he was too disrespectful and I wasn't a priority at all), and he said life is too short to waste on the wrong people. And deleted me from social media. (We had been on and off for a while). Then I called him the next day saying I missed him, he was very cold. I had completely lost myself in our relationship. After 1,5 year of relationship my ex girlfriends brokes up 8 weeks ago because of distance and because she missed the spark. Due the corona we couldnt see eachother for around a year and thats heavy for both of us despite that we had plans that I would move to her place when its possible. Since the break up she (video)call/text many like 3 or 4 times a week. She say many stuff like ''I love you'' and ''I hope we can start again in the future''. Ofcourse I understand that actions say more than some words but it feels like its possible to get back with her. I followed all the basic steps: I only reached out 1 time in 6 weeks and when she call/text I react happy/normal, not sad/needy/depressed. But I come to a point that I dont know what to do, it feels like if I dont do anything my chances will get lower. Do you guys have some tips for me? I would appreciate that!

My ex and I were together 4 1/2 years broke up for a year 1 1/2. Got back together for 6 months then he ended it again. We have 2 kids together. We broke up 1 1/2 bc I was battling with depression most of the break up and it got worse after our second child was born. I was in a really bad spot and did everything wrong on that 1 1/2. But I turned it around. Went back to school, got a better job, and lost 50lbs. He came back last August but I think I had changed to much for him. He didn't have care for me like used to be. Ldr shorterm relationship, and now approaching 5 months NC last 3days ago he blocked me aside from Fb blocked after the breakup before now on IG 😔 I don't know if he misses me or not but what I'm sure he doesn't want me anymore.
