For all those who have problems with flashing light from lamps and traffic lights there is a way to disable them which is as follows: in the iCEnhancer 3.0 Natural graphic mod folder go to Optionals>Different Lightsprite options>Disable Lightsprite and the file coronas.wtd you put it where you have installed the game GTAIV/pc/textures you replace and that's it... sorry for the google translation

i have tried everything in the read me files and i am stilll getting a noisy bright image with terrible lighting effects from headlights. The top leftin the modders example jpeg is what i am getting. I have an RTX 1060, I made the enb .dll an exclusion to security along with the entire gtas 4 folder, and I readded the shaders as reccomended. Please help, i followed your video exactly.

The game loads, I see the starting text, I see one logo, and then goes to black screen. I don't know spent a day looking at this stuff before I came across this video. Started with a clean load of the game. UPDATE: I deleted the SETTINGS.CFC in the AppData location, then rebooted the game, and it works fine now. Thanks for the tutorial very helpful.

Doubt you'll reply to this, but I certainly hope you will, because after dowgrading the game and opened PlayGTAIV, it opens up a black screen as supposed to load the game, but instead it immediately exits the game on it's own. I'm curious as to why that actually happens and what the problem is.

I got mine to startup after downgrading. The Downgrader made me move my GTA IV folder someplace else. I made a new folder on my D drive called "Grand Theft Auto IV" and moved everything there, and the new files to be created there too. I noticed that the folder name was the same as what it was before. So inside my (new) "Grand Theft Auto IV" folder was my (old) "Grand theft Auto IV" folder. I copied everything from the old one to the new one, and "skipped" overwriting any files. Game booted up just fine (no more black screen then kicked to desktop).

AMD GPU USERS! For those like me who have tried and done everything right and launched to a black screen, you MUST change out your enbseries file with the one provided in your ice enhancer file under troubleshooting and then AMD. After that replace your enbseries file and the game should boot up.
