Ingredients:
Boneless thick pork chops(you can do bone in if you prefer.
Bag of Spinach( use desired amount)
Can of Artichoke( use desired amount)
1 block cream cheese
1 tbsp sundried tomato pesto
6oz bag of Parmesan cheese
1/2 onion
1/3 cup sweet peppers
Seasonings of Choice
