Since I share earning half of the money for buying house and paying bills, it takes pressure off my husband, so he is relaxed and he can share the housework half. It's mutual hard work from both wife and husband.

Instead of learning from the mistakes which we make, those lessons and all other essential things which we are supposed to learn are supposed to be taught in schools. That is the only purpose of schooling so that nobody would have made any mistakes or misconducts in life. And chances are less for mistakes to happen in the world.

My younger one is in primary only. Elder daughter in grammar, we both are against sending kids to tuitions. So she just wrote the exams and got the placement. But I have heard there are a lot of tuition centres everywhere prepping kids for 11 plus exams, its a big business these days.

There is a huge difference in the way Our parents raised us in our teen period and We , raising them . At times, they are at loggerheads with the Mother, wants to study in the night time peacefully, not willing to talk randomly with the parents, unwilling to take rubbish thrown at them etc. Despite being educated and were a Working Mom, we were stuck up badly in this phase. Have u faced or facing such things in your parenthood Narmadaji?
@ChennaiGirlInLondon8 ай бұрын
Hi lavanya, We have the rule of going to bed at 9 no matter what. So they can't study at night in our house. They have to study in the evening and in the morning rule that we strictly follow. I never faced the situation of kids not talking to me, they always cherish the time we both spend with them, they look forward to it 😊 it is mainly the upbringing by our child minder who is British. She taught my kids the respect for elders, cherishing small moments and being thankful for what they have in life. She has made a big difference in our lives 😊 we are ever so indebted to her.
