Thank you for this video! I was just wondering how to track wages and stay on top of it. Thanks for the “transparency” tip and providing time codes to our payroll provider, and stressing the importance of accuracy. Yes please to make a video on cost allocation methodology! How do you track programs with payroll if it's only being classified as salary and wages? And not by position.

You use the payroll journal/ register to break down the salaries in the JE and then use the class to identify the program. The position doesn’t matter in this case. I’ll do another video actually showing an example.
