Understanding the Differences Between a Volunteer, Contractor, and Employee

Something common that troubles me is initive and more importantly lack of it because it isn't stated to not try or try. Like a different employee wanting to learn another area sometimes learns from co-workers and sometimes never knows the real tasks others do because they didn't act on that curiosity or interest. For C-able future sounds very good so maybe add a goal or promotion into the mix to show why growth is business foundations.
