Ironic how this commenter mirrors Trump worshippers. The belief that they are the best, and it's just haters that have criticism. Every video of his is simply fighting a dog with the leash, in jerky, nervous motions. It's not training, it's just wearing the dogs down. He has numerous lawsuits, has been evicted numerous times, scams people, and yet, here we are.

She is jumping and pulling non stop, and she is so strong and hyper that I can not stop her. It is embarrassing. No other dogs or people want to play with her. People told me she will calm down when she is around 2years old, dunno if I we can continue like that for that long. Anyway, thanks so much for your videos and your advices.

Without a doubt, the educational value of this video is hard to put a price on, it’s clear and easy to understand & apply to anyone’s dog at home with the same issue, but for me personally the shaky camera in the beginning was making me both dizzy and having flashbacks of when the groundbreaking cinematography Blair Witch Project came out. But once that was over, one of the things I really noticed was how you got the Dane to lie down you don’t just use words but the hand movements too. I will try that with my canines because so far saying the words alone are not doing the job for me. Thanks for the great video 👍

People need to understand that modern prong collars have ROUNDED TIPS not the squared-off sharp ends back in the days of old. Also, you only need 3 fingers for a correction, surely NOT the full arm strength. A lot of people's ignorance stems from other people's ignorance. I wear a prong collar when explaining the function to an owner, and even when I tug extremely hard, it barely feels like anything but pressure around the neck, and certainly does NOT cut my skin, no matter what.

Tips please on how to train a dog to come on command our dog is very obedient and teachable EXCEPT when she gets outside me and my husband will call her name she will stop look at me or him and run full sprint in opposite direction the neighbors have threatened to call animal control and DO NOT WANT HER IN THERE YARD. It doesn’t happen often she stays inside most of the time but if she ever goes outside off leash she runs off ! We’ve even gotten a shock collar she would still run off and just yelp and run and keep running

So I have a question. I recently got a German Shepherd that matches more of the rare “King” Shepherd breed. (GSD and Shiloh Shepherd mixed) and I have no issue with him….on me. He’s starting to view my 4 year old daughter as competition for my attention. How can I correct this? He barks and charges, he’s nipped at her only once but I feel he’s close to attacking. I’ve been stern, told him no, he listened but I can tell he’s distanced from my family verses his bond with me. How can I change this or correct it?

Hi Dog Daddy. I have a question. Here is some background on our dog. My son’s dog is a shepherd-collie mix. When we went to pick him up at a farm we were surprised to find him in a filthy condition and frightened. We soon discovered that he had no social interaction with people and even as a puppy was quite timid at first but later he showed aggressive towards all members of the family. He was three months old at the time. At four months we signed up for dog training and had difficulty training him. Now at almost four years old he is fine at home but is unpredictable on the street or parks where he will suddenly lunge at a dog or a person showing his teeth and growling. It’s like his only partially domesticated. What can we do other than muzzle him? We love our Shadow but his behaviour is a problem. Thanks

Please make a video to show us the different types of prong collar. I have a terrier type dog and I have no idea which collar to get, nor how to use it. We have tried lots of different leads, collars, halters etc. and nothing works. He still pulls on walks. Inside the house he will walk next to me if I have treats but outside there are too many distractions. He has started shouting at bigger dogs because he feels intimidated and of course they react to that. He is just over a year old, like these two dogs today. Thank you.
