Hi, I am using a dummy dataset which you can easily recreate with the following steps: 1) Create a file named "Store 1" and a tab named "Inventory Store" 2) Add columns to identify the product: "Product" (shirts in my case but can be whatever), "Category" (High quality/Economy), "Code" (I took the first three letters of "Product", last three of "Category" and added an incrementing number), "Gender" (needed for the inventory of a clothes shop but not applicable in case of cars for example), "Price" (depending on the product), "Sale date" 3) Create a file named "Dashboard" and add a tab per store to show with IMPORTRANGE the dataset created in step 2 (you need to do this per each store you want to add) 4) Add here a tab named "Expenses" and categorize some EUR amounts per Expense type (Store rent, Salaries, Training, Products, Transportation...) and expense recognition date 5) In both files, use a separate hidden sheet named "Settings" to manage dropdowns and VLOOKUP sets Hope it helps!
