How to Master 1 Dribble Pull Up - Part 1

There are a bunch of ways to improve your dribble pull up, here's a way that has worked for my clients. We start with repping out the footwork and understanding the rhythm/timing of the ball and feet. Then we work on just the last two steps getting into the shot to make sure they have proper balance. Then we put it all together and start shooting.

Absolutely love these drills man, gonna use them! I was curious though why didnt you put an angle on them? Generally speaking most 1 dribble pull ups angle left or right. Regardless great drill dude
