Awesome Video. I’d love to see a hard, intense conditioning workout we can do without a basketball. I’m on vacation, and basically all I can do is work on conditioning. I feel like many people are in a similar situation. In addition, I’d love to see a 500 shot workout.

iSaucy Here’s a few and they work great for me: 1. Stay low and be constantly ready to move 2. Hands active at all times 3. When guarding ball, watch your man’s waist. Can’t get deceived by their waist like you can their eyes, head, etc. 4. When offball, see ball AND man 5. Work on lateral quickness if getting beat off the dribble a lot 6. Work on lower body strength if getting pushed around a lot. A strong base helps with being more difficult to be moved by others. Hope this helps!
