When Vettel won a championship and said on the radio. “we have to remember these days because there’s no guarantee that they will last forever enjoy them as long as they last”. Being through many health concerns this always resonates with me and I came to enjoy the smallest things in life. Because tomorrow is indeed not guaranteed. I remember getting out of the ICU and crying once I got to a room and saw a sunset. Helps you put everything into prespective. And I believe Sebastian was really on point when he said that in the team radio.

Shocking - after your comment about that dangerous wall on the straight by the pit late, Verstappen had a tire failure just a few hundred meters ahead of it. Fortunately, Max was able to steer to the right, but if he had veered left like Stroll did earlier in the race, exactly the scenario Nico called out could have occurred in the race. The track absolutely needs to be redesigned here.

Everyone will likely go funny, but for me one of the greatest radio moments came after Checo's win in Sakhir in 2020. After everything he had been through with Racing Point, with the indecision of his future at the time (even though he'd carried the team for YEARS), he wins that race and his emotional response is so heart-warming. He's always seemed to be such a solid, nice guy and a brilliant driver. When he starts crying at that point, it really gets to me. Wonderful radio moment.

My most favourite team radio is from you Nico, Abu Dhabi 2014. You had some technical problems with the car. During your conversation with the engineer, there are so much technical things going on behind the scene and it got me on the hook. Then you were adviced to box and retire. Your response "I would like to go to the end" is so classy. It was at that moment that i really wanted you to eventually win the World Championship. And you did. Retiring on the top of the sport. Thanks for all the memories Nico. Its hard to find a class act driver these days😉
