For someone who had to leave their radiology residency in their home country due to relocation to Canada and family issues, would that be considered a red flag for US radiology residency? Would doing masters/research in radiology in Canada help the application?
@usmlesarthi2024 Жыл бұрын
will depend on the current research and scores. Masters wont help much. US research will

I didn't have radiology exposure in college but I want to pursue career in radiology, what can I do to improve my chances apart from decent scores and how to get those opportunities? Please guide

Best will be to start looking for Radiology research directly with the universities. you will have to email individual faculty. Good luck!

@usmlesarthi20243 жыл бұрын
@@ashoaibsonu you need to start somewhere. Most IMGs don't have prior research experience but ofcourse if you can get started with some free courses or even Sarthi research course (Sept next batch) or do some research in home country it will be good.
