This video will show you how to match you results derived from the NSSO merged dataset with the NSSO Reports. For conducting the analysis, we are going to use the NSSO 71st round merged data file that we created in the previous video.
Matching the results from the merged dataset with the NSSO reports is not at all difficult. One has to just reverse engineer to verify the results, that is, open the reports, take a particular table and try creating it using the merged dataset. If the results derived from the merged dataset match the NSSO reports tables it means that you have correctly merged the NSSO dataset and you can start conducting your analysis.
This video will show you some of the more complicated commands that one has to use to derive the tables. This video will also highlight why reading the schedule is so important and lastly, it will also show one of the uses of "Concatenate" command in excel and how it can be used to make life easier.
