I stumbled across your videos searching for meal preps that are easy yet work. And man, by far, yours are the best that I've seen! And that's even compared against larger channels. Being a truck driver with limited space. I don’t use containers. I use to portion my food in individual ziplock bags and reuse the same container all week to reheat. And even though I do get tired of same food all week. I took it a more convenient way and put a week’s worth of my rice and a week’s worth of my ground turkey in two 1 gallon ziplock bags and use my measuring cups to portion as I go.

I’m working shifts at a desk everyday now for 12 hours a day till end of year and trying to get back in the habit of working out after work for some cardio, then weekends heavy booming, bought all the items at my grocery store. I loved this, hopefully this can help me in the process as I progress working out slowly to drop 50 pounds. Thanks for your help!

I’ve been following Remington for less then a month now at first I thought he was just another person wanting to make money on KZbin he is the complete opposite. He has been very motivational and has helped me tremendously I’ve learned more from him then I have from a personal trainer I’m a long life marathon runner and new at the body building scene I always appreciate any help. Stacie Berry all you have to do is tailor this plan to your macros and calories which you can easily find out by using an app like my fitness pal or Lifesum as everyone is different because everyone has different requirements for calories and macros

From personal experience, for beginners I would definitely recommend to only meal prep for 3 or 4 days, after a couple days of the food sitting the fridge it’s really hard to put down. It’s a little more work but, it’s easier to enjoy thus, making it easier to continue on your diet. :)

I like the Brand MinuteRice, boil water, then add the rice let sit for 5 minutes as the rice soaks up the water. I have only been prepping lunch 5 days, just getting started. (2.5 cups uncooked). Also I was using the steamable bags and cooking them then measureing out, but now I just cut open the steamable bag and pour in the amount into my trays. it steams in my container when i heat up the meal the day i eat it. I have been using chicken breast, and the Weber Grill Kickn' Chicken Seasoning. :) Great video

They have these chocolate rice cakes. With peanut butter they are AMAZING!!! If I'm looking for something even lighter, instead of PB I use either powered PB or Reese's whip cream which is only 15 call serving.
