I quit shopping weekly.got a freezer put in closet.i buy chicken in bulk 40lb box 1.69lb. Have 50lb rice in container with a lid, flour & big boxes of panko. Everything cost more up front,but it reduces trips to store. For bulk sales look online for local traveling food service,they bill online sales then you just drive thru the line on delivery day & they put it in your trunk.never have to get outta car.

Spinach from Costco is much cheaper if you have a membership. Raw spinach has Oxalic acid which can cause you digestion issues and discomfort. I always steam mine which eliminates that acid and my digestion system has been MUCH better.

U can take a bottle or water or soda and squeeze it then lower to the egg yolks and let go and it will suck it up into the bottle

Another awesome video. I like how you shop at Kroger cause here in Southern California we have Ralphs which is owned by Kroger and it is where I work, so it makes it easy to find the same products you buy. Try doing variations of different things you could make for a certain meal of the day. Maybe different things you could make for a lunch time meal i stead of just one thing. Variation is key so we dont get bored with same food over and over

I love all your meal prep all simple and taste good to eat^. I need some advice please. I am currently doing IF 16/8. I eat from 1.30pm and stop 9pm. How do i eat all of that if i dont have time ? Because after my first meal i work until 5pm then i hit to the gym and finish arouns 7-8pm? And i alway feel hungry middle of the night too because i didnt eat enough i think. Make them into bigger meals, ex break protein shake up with breakfast and salad, add the chicken to the salad and add the rice to the first chicken and the veggies to breakfast. As well recheck your Marcos now and make sure the numbers are still right

really depends on your height and weight more than anything. A woman his height and weight would roughly require the same amount of calories, but an average woman who is 5'4 who is into fitness and weights 120-140lbs would require much less.
