I have been on around 1800-2000 calories and 200g of protein for the past 4 months. I am down 13kg and down from 30% body fat to around 18%. I am trying to get down to 10-13% body fat so probably another 2-3 months of this cut and I am good for the bulk. Watching videos like this shows that you can make meals interesting.

6:30 definitely dont want to use olive oil at that high of a heat. It shouldnt smoke when youre cooking with it. Canola or vegetable spray has a higher burning temp.

Eating 2-3 meals a day is more practical for me because of my schedule. What recommendations you got? I also like to do IF so I eat at noon for my first meal. Smaller meal to break the fast larger for dinner? Thanks man nice channel btw.

Is chicken breast an OK replacement for the tilapia? Fish with scales makes me sick. Also, is sunflower kernels an OK replacement for almonds? I'm allergic.

Hey james i am 188cm and 77kg i crash dieted because i got injured and was eating 1500 cal from February to june i got shredded truee but i am freaking out and I don’t wanna mess up my physique so I’m only eating 1700 despite lifting and football training everyday ! How do I recover ?

If I have remembered my high school biology correctly, egg whites are made up of a type of compound called a glycoprotein, which are basically protein molecules that have a carbohydrate molecule attached to it. Could be why egg whites still contain carbs in the macros. Just a side info bite, mucus produced from our bodies, like our noses, are also glycoproteins! (Although eating it will be kinda gross)
