After you've taken your measurements... how do i compare to YOUR measurements of clothing 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️? Does garment have to be a little MORE than my own measurements? I have great trouble in deciding which size garment to order 😢! You're clothes are beautiful and like the loose fitting clothes as i hate anything to be tight fitting... so how do one know how looser, for instance a flowy loose fitting dress should be?

I ordered a dress from you guys and for my hollow to floor my mesuaremt was 52 inches but I received an email stating that the tailor said I had the incorrect mesuaremt bc hollow to floor and height is usually 9 - 15inches. Is that possible? I compared my mesuaremts to your charts on the website and I seem to be correct.

Hey i love your store, Because i have found a beautiful shoes of my size and this is so problem to found this kind of sizes in MEXICOO; you don¨t have any idea of my problem to find that sizes; because Im very tall and i have too big feet, its a pleasure to find this shop i can pay for a pair of shoes, last week i buy a pair of beautiful boots , everything was really good, but when my pack arrived DHL told me that customs of Mexico charged me 520.00 pesos like 29.00 UDS, I wanted to order other boots but I was totally discouraged by the customs payment

I paid for expedited shipping from this company but waited an extra month to then decide to cancel my order as there was still no indication of when it would be shipped. Now I’m playing the waiting game with customer service who haven’t gotten back to me now in over a week. My recommendation is to bypass this company unless you need a lesson on how to lose your money.
