I got a Haro boulevard according to the quick measuring I did at a family members house I meant to say it's 79.375mm width and 1 3/4 I wasn't paying attention got my darn measurements mixed with my rear/ the damn forks

I have converted my bike and I love it. But my wife’s bike is a 68mm and the diameter of the bottom bracket is larger than my bike. Mine is 44mm O. D. and hers is 56mm O. D. Everyone talks about the length or width of the bracket but I need information about the diameter. From the dimensions on Amazon it doesn’t seem like it will work. Will someone with knowledge about this please help? Thanks.

Any tips for measuring battery size? I have a small framed Specialized Hardrock hardtail that I would love to convert, but it has a small front triangle. Luna has a small triangle 52v battery that may fit. How much leeway should you allow. I'm assuming I would need to use a frame bag.

About an inch on every side🤷 to allow a bag to be mounted. Possibly less than an inch

I'm planning to buy a mid-drive too and I have a 73mm. not sure if I should get a 100mm or 68mm. if I get a 68mm is that better so I don't have to use a spacer

I’d go 68mm and get the 5mm motor spacer and a few 2.5mm spacers. Located on my “adapters” page in my shop👍

Mine was a Truvativ 68mm, I bought a new one then decided to go mid drive instead of hub drive. Another question. I'm on my second battery charge and got 87 miles of use from it, obviously not running constant, but helping me on some big hill climbs. The Bafang display shows 3 bars on the battery, but I was getting motor drop out during the climb. It happened several times. Is this due to low battery voltage as when I got home and checked the battery voltage it was 43V? I don't think the Bafang battery display is very accurate.

It is not accurate at all. Get a display that shows voltage and you’ll be good!

@@irishrover63 no wiring needed. It’s just a Juliet connector. Unplug old one and plug in new one, bingo bango! Get a 500c for a cheap great upgrade 👍
