Does the added shims raise or lower the engagement point in the pedal?

Im doing a fully custom build/swap with a 2011-17 mustang bearing and a earlier windsor 5.0 type clutch with a sn95 t5 modified with an f body t5 bearing retainer/TO bearing mount. Would this .200" be a good number to shoot for still?

lol I’m at .074 without any shim previous owner must’ve shimmed to clutch way too much
