🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The main purpose of meditation is to Reduce our Heart ❤️ rate i.e. heart rate when we are sitting and other parameter is RHR ( Resting heart ❤️ rate) . Method to check if you are doing meditation in right way 1.Check heart ❤️ beat rate ( After doing meditation heart rate decreases significantly) * Use a smartband/smartwatch with heart rate sensor * 6:18 Crossed palm position and feel your heart beat on the point where both thumbs are touching each other.

Great concept and meditation to keep mind alert, paying attention and focus. Background music not needed. It’s competing and taking away from the speaker and making the bowls harder to hear

The ringing is a bit loud and the music is distracting and fades in and out a lot. I would use nature sounds instead without a seam.

He explained that when he rang it we should focus on nothing or something very simple. so I think it might mean simplicity or emptiness of the mind.
