Moving 2000 miles to go to graduate school is very stressful! Add in the anxiety related to the actual classes and I am a wreck!

Sending care your way! It's good that you are starting to think about this early! One way to calm the anxiety is to write a list of all the things you think you need to do and start tackling three of the thing from your list

Please please please do a video about the application process (tips and what to expect)! I’m going to be starting my applications in the next few months and I’m super nervous and don’t know what to expect.

This came at the exact right time for me! I am starting a masters degree in chemistry this fall and trying to figure out my non negotiables, reading ahead, trying practice problems, and talking to other grad students in my program. Thank you so much :D

I feel like it would be so cool to have all of this integrated into a journal/planner for grad students!

Every school does not provide syllabi ahead of time and some professors will not give them. I want to ask for the first two weeks readings instead.
@theacademicsociety Жыл бұрын
You're right! Most professors will not have their syllabi done before the first week of classes. I would recommend checking out the syllabus from the previous semester to manage your expectations for the class.
