Thank you for all your tutorials, I have been playing cello for one year, and have learned from most KZbin, and observing other cellists. I have learned a great deal from you. So thank you.

1:35 looks a little like a portable welder. I'm honestly terrible at timing, especially when switching strings...and reading the notes fast enough.😓 Thank you. This was so helpful. 🙂

I have heard that some electric cellos have auxilliary audio inputs for Metronoms and similiar stuff if only there would be someone who could make a comparisson of electric cellos to know if NS and Yamaha both have them ;-)
@Kenji16854 жыл бұрын
Your right, I've never found a head to head review comparing the two. That would be great! Jonathan has a Yamaha and made a great review of it. The Yamaha has an aux in for music/metronome or whatever. You just need to get a male to male 3.5mm cable. I don't know if the NS design has aux in but I don't see why not. 🤔

if only Adidas or Korg sponsored me ...

@@CelloCoach Adidas isn't sponsoring you? Why wear the shirt? Even with 3.6K views there's a monetary value to you wearing such a shirt in this video and you're giving it away for free. Traditionally, people were paid to perform labor. Nowadays, a small segment of the population will pay for the privilege of performing free labor for some corporate giant.

Your dog thought you said, “Metro-Bone.” I’ve been playing drums since 1965, and it’s crazy, but I have a hell of a time playing cello (only 3 1/2 years) with a metronome! It must be the “sawing” rather than chopping, action? Not a too-big deal, but it is perplexing...

It is a challenge, internalising the metronome into movements
