Two more tips I'd like to give that have helped me personally: 1. Let some fresh air in before going to bed, this will not only cool the room but the fresh air will help you nose breathe. 2. Stretch! Stretching before bed loosens up my joints and back nicely, releases some built-in tension and makes it more comfortable to assume the right posture

I've been back-sleeping on a firm matress and it's working really well for me. I find that it's kind of like a full body stretch and once I have a proper oral vacuum I can easily mew throughout the night. My overall body posture has also benefited from it. The thing I dislike about side sleeping is that you're squishing one side of your face for 10 hours straight which causes wrinkles and causes that side to be slightly flatter.

Same problem, I figured the braces ruined it for me but who knows. Mew harder on your right side, it’s very hard because because you are way more conscious doing it. Also do stretches for the right side of your face. Stretch the back of your neck, that will balance your face as it’s all connected.

Note this. Just because you're waking up with the tongue on the roof of the mouth doesn.t mean you.ve been sleeping like this the whole night. Before you wake up you are in your REM stage (most people can remember dreams before they wake up) and there is also a slight increase in consciousness right before where you get to remember mewing. So you can still sleep with improper tongue posture without knowing it and then regain proper posture because of the habit as you wake up.

How does it affect hair loss?
@louisronan59034 жыл бұрын
S P: Well DHT which is responsible for male pattern baldness, is produced with low amounts of blood in the scalp. Increasing blood flow to the head slows/reduces hair loss. I stopped using the pillow as I found that just doing it without a pillow was enough. Look into the relationship between blood levels and DHT production. Also look at derma-rolling.
