Are you really sure you need that plate. The Cylee Cat Pro series uses an "orthodox" RMSc footprint, which is what the Hellcat pro has. The Hellcat runs into problems with Holosun optics, because they have their own variation of the RMSc footprint. So Holosun optics need a plate. But the Cylee shouldn't. It will work with the plate, but it doesn't need it.

Exactly my thoughts! I’m looking into getting a Cat X Pro for my HCPC mainly because there is no plate necessary for the installation!

@ I actually ended up purchasing the cyelee cat x pro after I contacted the company and it does in fact sit flush without a plate!

Great video and installation but the Cyelee optics shouldn't need an optic plate on the Hellcat(s)... I have a Cyelee Cat Pro directly mounted to a Hellcat Pro with all 4 bosses fitting accordingly to the Cat Pro RMSc foorprint.
