As if Bob Ross had a happy little table saw, so is the way with Jared. Beautiful project!

People really misunderstand what it takes to make greatness! This is nice. Maa’shaa Allah! So this could be a table or wall art. I like it and am inspired

Don’t mean to bother you but funny thing it started raining as I got my table saw out. I know now it will turn out great. Thanks for the creative idea. Seen many different types of this and yours is the best by far. Can’t wait for the zig zaggy cuts

You are super cool and do great work! My only suggestion, as kiddos are watching and admiring… please wear safety gear… glasses and ear protection…you want to hear and see you family forever, yes?! 😊 (FYI… I’m a contractor and just as guilty, so I need reminders too! ❤)

@TMPK Bro I'll take a vacation and come help hang drywall do some electrical, plumbing what ever say the word and I'm there
@TMPK2 жыл бұрын
@@chancesellers5425 well the current issue is replacing a bunch of studs, redoing exterior wall coverings, reenforcing the ceiling joist, and leveling the floor. Then electric. No plumbing because there’s no water on the property and supposedly illegal to install a septic tank even if I could dig a well on the side of a mountain. I’m just kinda taking it slow and thinking about tearing it down and selling lol
@chancesellers54252 жыл бұрын
@TMPK home slice I do all that if you want to make a video on the remodeling of the cabin I'll bring the studs and a shit load of drywall mud and what ever you need I live for this shit this is not a joke I am legit my sons and I would come and help you if your down we can help you this summer hit me up

Could do this faster with paper templates; just glue a bunch together and cut out a paper template, trace, hit it with the jig saw. Could probably even start the drawing on the paper, and just transpose the result to the board.

Hell my brother has a cnc machine, could do it in about 10 minutes lol

wouldn't it be faster to glue up an approximation of the shapes and cut everythin in one motion? Could use the first shapes as stencils for the second. Would have a bit more of material waste, but seems pretty fast to me. Still, great work, I'm just wondering if it could go faster
@TMPK2 жыл бұрын
For sure that would be faster, but one little mess up and you could lose the whole section. I just had the idea to go piece by piece so I could make any adjustments on a single piece basis. Also I would be worried with a jig saw not cutting perfectly straight up and down, what you trace on the bottom wouldn’t be exactly the same on top cause those little blades are flexible. If I could go back I would probably make it 3/8 thick. I could still have made the edges as thick as I wanted and it would have been much less cutting 😅
@m-tech18162 жыл бұрын
@@TMPK Yes, thats totally valid🤔 would also be a lot of tiny adjustments to get the puzzle pieces to slide together. Maybe with a band saw it would work, but art doesn't wait for the right tool.. Thinner would definitely be great. I was thinking of having the entire sky area a bit recessed to create more 3d separation. But there are just endless possibilities to play around with that kind of concept

@TMPK2 жыл бұрын
Thanks bro! I didn’t keep up with the time but it was around 3-4 per day, so 15 -20 hours if I had to guess. Of course it could go faster with out moving the tripod a million times for different angles 😂

Thanks! I didn’t weight it but I’d guess around 25 -30 pounds. Wasn’t too heavy cause it’s kinda thin. I’ve made 1 1\2 inch thick wall arts in the past and they’re heavy!
