How to naturally straighten your teeth!

Hi all! I wanted to share a quick tip my mom taught me when I was little. My mom, sister, and myself have never needed any type of teeth straightening devices like braces because we all made this a habit for a few minutes a day in our lives. Maybe I will find a way that is better for bottom teeth and make another video? I want to add that while I did this when I was younger, I no longer have to do it now! So after a few months, my teeth straightened out and I do not have to continue to do this to keep them straight. They just stay where they are :) This method is great especially for top teeth and you will see why it is a little challenging for bottom teeth but hopefully this helps someone. I am happy to answer any questions!

I'll start trying this daily and update you guys after 3 months. UPDATE Month 1: I see a small change! it's not that remarkable though but I guess it will be if I keep doing this for two years or so.. Be careful not to do too hard or even push the wrong way without noticing. Update month 5: I gave up on this shit and I started mewing.. remind me to update you on that in a few months Update month 7: I've been mewing for two months and I kinda see a change (mostly in my chin) but I can't decide if it's for the better or worse. I'll tell you when I can Update month +12 (Ytb says over a year so I have no idea tbh): Jaw line is looking sharper from mewing and I do it subconsciously now but my teeth haven't changed that much. Sometimes I would catch myself pushing my upper teeth at night with my tongue and I would PANIK! So be careful not to do that if you're trying this.

Directions: Stick your toungue out, then up and on the FRONT of the tooth that is protruding... then as it is covering the protruding tooth, suck the tongue tight against that tooth. you will feel pressure on that tooth because you are pulling it back.

This is obviously a process that takes time, but that doesn't bother me that much because time passes anyway, so better do it and experience the benefits later on than not. I got a question though, what if your crooked teeth are not standing one next to the other? For example ( take the front two as the guidance ) if the left one has grown inwards and the right one has gone outwards, what would the best practice be? Since you cannot cover them at the same time. Also, if some of them are crooked inwards, would you push them out with your tongue or? :)

I'm trying to straighten my teeths using my tongue with gentle pressure on daily basis since I found this video(November 2019) So almost 5 months. And all I can say that I can see a little bit improvement in my upper tooth not too much improvement because it will take time. Y'all can give a try. But don't push too hardly. Also don't pressurize your tooth more than 3 to 4 times a day for atleast 30 sec or 1 minute. Good luck to all. To be honest I can see improvement in my upper teeth. Sorry for my English

This is what my mother had my sisters and I do as well. For my teeth that were really bad I would push on it with my fingers (obv with them washed lol) while watching tv, reading, any down time really and it became habit. For my bottom teeth they all became so crowded from my wisdom teeth I choose to keep and I used small rubber elastics as spacers at night and notice a difference right away with in a week. My teeth started to space out and now I am confident that with time and dedication to going this exercise and pushing with my fingers they will be straight again before I know it.

Belive it or not I removed all my teeth as a child alone .. since I have heard the dentist was removing them painfully .. so idk what I have done , but I don’t have a tooth that is not straight .. I just loved moving it back and foword when it was about to fall .. until it didn’t falled every day .. but I have heard it have something to do with your jawline and posture .. so idk if I did something or they would have been like that even if I don’t do that , I never have we’re bracelets as well. I’m hire since I was curious why they may be straight , just random thought of mines .. 🤷‍♀️

Its basically like having braces for a long period of time you will have to continuously do this basically make it a habbit And buy retainers to keep teeth in place because your teeth are shifting. This method does work

Unfortunately it will have little to no effects on your crooked teeth. If you're interested in straightening your teeth, we would highly suggest getting invisalign or braces as this is the best method.
