How To Negotiate a USED Motorcycle Price

in this video i talk about How to negotiate a USED motorcycle price. I explain different price negotiating techniques when buying a USED motorcycle. I also explain in this video what you want to look for on the motorcycle that effects the price of the motorcycle. I also explain how to get the best deal when buying any used motorcycle and talk about somethings you want to do when negotiating a price and some things you want to avoid that don't effect the price of the motorcycle. I make sure to cover how to negotiate a price over the phone as well for example some things you want to make sure you ask the seller so you don't waste your time or his time. It is very important that you do some negotiating over the phone especially if you're traveling long distance. It is very important to be polite when you are trying to negotiate with a seller that is a very important factor to getting the best possible deal on the motorcycle when it comes time to buy the bike. I also explain how to get the Market Value of the motorcycle before even looking at any bike you should be looking online and going through different ads and trying to find an average/fair price for the specific motorcycle you are looking to buy. Make sure you stay away from people that are pricing a motorcycle way too high according to market value i found this to be waste of time. you are so right about peoplesaying anything to getthe price down. I had a car for sale on offer up one time and had just sold it but they didnt take the ad down yet, So some guy calls me and offers me half of my asking price, I said to him " this is a really nice car- if you actually saw it you wouldnt be low balling me " So the guy says " if its so nice then why hasnt it sold yet?" So i told him " i actually sold it yesterday " , It was very satisfying,

This is great video I am going to use the negotiating tactics for my next motorcycle. I agree 100% about not bringing a ton of people because these guys did that to me before when I was selling it was uncomfortable. Looking at yz250f for now.

Ya of course! Make sure the engine isn’t making any funny noises(make sure u get a cold start) after the bike is warmed up to operating temperature make sure it’s not leaking any fluids. After that make sure all the moving parts are good to go chain, sprockets, tires, and stuff like that that stuff adds up pretty quickly then from there u should be good to go check out the condition and all that as well..the main thing is just make sure it runs ok take it for a spin if u can.
