Thank you so much for this. This was a whole school lesson on this. You give so much wealthy information and training to your subscribers, while some people only advertise their trainings only. God Bless your heart Enis.

Hi, Enis! Again, I really enjoyed watching your video. It was interesting, educational and really cool. You are just a very good speaker, I watched your video in one sitting. Not everything was clear to me - I am not a native speaker. But! I don't regret subscribing to your channel. I hope to receive a lot of new information. Super. Thank you very much!

I understand that markets are tough now and that we don't have a lot of room for negotiating. However, this might help you in those rare instances when a broker has more room with their rates or when the markets turn around and we have the upper hand again.

Nice Video mate , I am a new truck dispatcher can you suggest some companies ,with which I should set up carrier package.

I am thinking some carriers have higher overhead and they would need to give you an idea of what a per mile pay would be. Are the acceptable numbers per mile given to you by the carrier or do you decide what is a general good price per mile?

I have a 2020 promaster city (80in x 48in x 47in, 1 pallet kind of a van. Do you think it's worth trying to find a Dispatcher/Broker or should I stay on the last mile gig apps?

To all that learned dispatch last year, they need to learn it again. And PLEASE dont pay for courses. Just start as a tracer first and start learning. Its a tought time for this industry and dont believe in fairytales.

Exactly, everyone can dispatch on a good market. Furthermore, everyone can learn the basics of dispatching, or even become decent at it, but only small percentage of people will excel.
