if you had 660 bis from EW, its pretty much equivalent to lvl99 dungeon drops

@@StingcatKnight i doubt we wont have lv 690 itens at lv 99 if we already have lv 660 gear for lv 90. Just watch the gap between those same levels, cryplurker gear against lv 89 from endwalker. According to the wiki, dawntrail artifact gear is lv 690, and we all know artfact gear is free too, and its very weak and replaceable. Im very sure ilv 690 for lv 99/100 is pretty weak/low, but we will see in the next days.

​@@mattheusspoo aesthetic gear is ilv700, and u get these in the video for ilv690 as well as dungeon gear for lv690 but low quality ilv710 weapon is from ex1, ilv710 acessory from ex2, there is no better gear than that atm
