Nobody talks about the basic thing that the food truck is a vehicle. And vehicle has different obligations attached to it. We have to comply with RTO rules. And nobody talks about those rules strangely. People say buy old truck to save money and then pay huge fine if the vehicle is 10 yrs old in case of diesel. Whether the vehicle has to be registered as food truck on RC of the vehicke or not? Food truck vehicle should be a commercial vehicke or a private vehicle and do we need a permit to leave the particular city in case we need to relocate? Hope you will address these things

Sir Aapne bool diya to take second hand truck Banao and laga doo it’s not possible sir goverment k bhot clause hai rto and license bhot hai usme and nagar Palika dnt allow food truck and its not a legule business in India I invested 5 to 7 lac in a single truck the day I put on road there was meny thing and still I am fighting to goverment authorities for this and my truck is standing at Junck yard

So bro i'm also a ihmite i did my hotel management from a very well known institute of india , the very first thing you should know before planning your carrer in hotels is you should must have a passion for any of the department which are their in the hotels the core ones are (kitchen ,service, H&K and front office) Why i used this word passion is only because this is not a white collar job you have to work for long hours ,no specific holidays in the week , you can't even celebrate festivals with your loved ones, and you have to really work hard in the beginning years , so thats why i used that word passion cause i you have already passionate about the work which functions in this department then you will easily get survived other wise you won't , I'm not discouraging you to take step forward in to this i only shared you tha truth of the industry , hope you will get this.
