Thanks for sharing this video. When researching things, I tend to follow those who are willing to share their experiences and “How To’s”, in order to guide someone else. I would love to talk and/ or learn more about how to get started, funded, business license, etc. I work a Full Tome job and have a decade more to go for retirement,?so selling online first would probably be a better start before trying to rent a space that would only be open on weekends. 🙏

LOVE Clover... Just going to depend on your bank that backs you. Email us and will get you a referral.

If you're able to, buy the Clover device outright. 9/10 times you'll be offered a lease, by the time you're done with the lease you'll easily pay 3-4x the price of the Clover device itself. Lastly, Clover cannot be reprogrammed so make sure you choose your merchant service provider carefully. Make sure you get in on an IC plus program (interchange plus)!

3 shops should generate a hell of a lot more than 1 million… My one shop generates that much in a small town in north ga. We’re only 2 years old… If I’m running around for 3 shops I better do a hell of a lot more money than 1 million gross Be careful who you listen to folks….✌🏻

Hi Dave, yes... Then you can do D.B.A. filings with local municipalities to have the name of your smoke shop under the corporate umbrella. Hope that helps

If you carry more Premium Cigars, your inventory budget will explode LOL But if you want to concentrate on filling a smaller store, you can get away with smaller spends. Hi Double AA... so sorry that happened to you! We've had an issue with a negligent employee. They fine in various stages before taking the license away. At this point, selling to a minor is a fire-able offense. Geez. We also configured the POS system to force employees to enter a date of birth and check ID. Fingers always super crossed!

Hi, one of the challenges with an online shop is finding the right ecommerce platform AND merchant account to support the sales of smoke shop products. We don't sell online right now for that very reason. There are some merchant accounts who will process credit cards, but since it is so "high risk", the fees are astronomical. Maybe we will look back into it soon. Instead, we use our online presence and social media to promote events and the lifestyle and culture within the shops.

If you cut it FROM THE TOP the whole thing just goes down instead of cutting and pulling. That will save you time and effort.
