Couldn't agree more Wilson. Even though the restaurant is ours, it's not about us, it's about those people out there who would be willing to open their wallet and hand in their $$$ us but not to the competitors. Do know your customers, give what they want and cater according to their needs.

with a simplified menu how do you OR do you accommodate dietary restrictions (lactose-intolerant) ..... looking to be lean with the startup but I'm concerned about the add value (customer retention) vs. expenditure of getting an alternative option

Do I buy a building or do I buy a building out , if I want to build from ground up who do I call what agency do I use how much acres do I need abs where to find it ? What do you think about getting a JD/MBA before opening a restaurant or any business in the food service industry?

i think education is always good, but experience is better. JD gives you law information and perspective, which might not be as applicable in the restaurant business. MBA gives you corporate experience, which might not be as suitable for a small QSR.

Hi wilson, i have watched a lot of your video and found them useful, im opening a cafe within a month, i want the theme to be like really relaxing so ive gone for black/gray rustic theme, with drop lights, walls with artistic designs, instagramabble arts like wings painted on the wall, words, and even neon lights. I'm a chef, specializing in making doughnut, cakes and pastries. So i jst wanna really know what you think about the theme. I also wanna add like couches on the wall, id like to place it kinda low on the ground, and also ill be putting a different art in every table, not really like a huge art, but id like to have each of my table to have something like just a a word or something. Hope you can give me a small suggestion or something, thank you Edit: I'm 19yrs old
