How to open Mercedes Benz door with dead key Fob battery

Just locked my car and left the ac on a job site. Had to walk away 100ft so I Manually locked the car from the inside and when I came back I couldn't get in. It's 103 degrees out, you just saved my ass!!

Currently locked out of my 2018 c300. I was wondering why Mercedes had an actual key stick with nowhere to put it.... Turns out the keyhole is underneath the handle on newer models🤦🏾‍♀️thanks this helped !!

Thank you. I I thought that slot at the bottom of the thing you actually remove was the real keyhole, so kept trying to twist it there to unlock it.

Great information! I did not get that info when I brought my used Mercedes and there was no manual with the car I knew the little key was inside the remote and was told it would unlock the truck and that didn't make much sense . I have had this 2011 C 300 for almost 4yrs.and never had to Wonder how to get in my car til this week when the battery went down. Some one sent the web site to me to read and then I tried that little key and again cause that was what I had done but it would not go into the key hole but when I vied the info I looked at the key and it had some rust on it so I put some 3/1 oil on it and it worked. I only had to get the battery charged. Thanks for the online info.which gave me enough knowledge to try that key again .

If key doesn’t lock, open the rear door, lock all the doors than lock rear door from the inside and close the door.

How did you lock it in?? I would break in, I know how but for you I would suggest call Aaa or Locksmith

failed 2016 battery smart charge/drain.... poor guy, he thought the Benz luxurious trap was affordable 😂 Need to troubleshoot the CAN-BUS Gateway blocking access to the battery sensor that trigger battery drain by alternator while driving... DANGEROUS JUNK !!
