I’m sorry but if you’re really that precious about the bottom plastic of a package but also want to take out the figure, you’re probably better off just committing to one or the other

There's a way using a metal ruler to separate the plastic covering without cutting into it.

You did damage the packaging though. The bubble is screwed up now. I have heard you can open it with a heater.
