How To: Operate Dolphin Premier Power Supply - Program and Schedule Pool Cleanings

Yes!! The Premier does a great job. But Here’s a couple things that really bug me about this robot. 1. It would be a nice option to have it skip wall cleaning and focus only on the bottom. 2. The filter frame doesn’t come apart, but pine needles, maple spinners and grit wedge into the frame where the plastic rivets are and you need dental tools and a lot of patience to clear. If you don’t get them out, he frame begins to expand … but the debris doesn’t easily come out. If you’re not careful you will break the plastic assembly - an expensive repair. This is a design flaw that needs upgrading.

I thought the number was the amount of hours to run the robot. Didn’t know it was to schedule the times per week. Haha. The dolphin is awesome but the manual sucks.

@@Poolbots Thanks for the response. Btw do you know why the robot can't climb to clean the waterlines? I noticed that the handles can be adjusted and I have tried multiple variations and still can't climb. Do you have any recommendation?

do you plug the power supply into wall outlet or is it a battery

The power supply can be plugged into an outlet via an extension cord or directly into the wall!

How do you send the Premier to the surface to clean filters? Or do you pull it up by the cord?

Yes, you should just gently pull it to the surface via the cord and lift from its handle (also know as the dual stabilizer!)

Where's the power supply? The previous owners left behind the robot but we can't find the power supply? Also do you know where the outdoor hose shutoff valve is for the spigot near the garage?

What time of day does it run when you schedule?

It’ll run every 24 hours once you set it! So if you set it at 5pm, it should run at 5pm everyday! You can also schedule it to clean on other sets as well, such as every other day and more.
