Hi, do you have experience with the seat heating not turning on either side during pre-entry climate control. I went to a service today, and I got a second hand message that I didn’t have seat heating activated. No idea what that means. As far as I can see it should be either both seats, or just the drivers seat. Most times neither of my seats are on.

Hi, did you get an answer to this, I have found using app even though seat is activated as part of pre entry it does not heat seat (s) up?
