Then you will wait on the queue and check your order number. When your food is ready, they will call you by the order number

Kiosks will already send your order to them. So 2nd one.

There should be a team of people that go around and waste time at the mcdonald's kiosk until other customers get so frustrated that they walk out and they lose business. Maybe the viral video people could do that

Can you order normally at the counter aswell? or is it obligatory to use the kiosk? feels weird to go to a kiosk if it's late at night and theres not many or any other costumers Edit: Asking because I haven't been to mcdonalds in years and simply don't want to be accidentally rude to those who work there.

nope, u have to order at the kiosk, if u don't know how, ask the staff to guide u, they will help u so don't worry

Best do as good as you can then touch pay with cash and at register ask politely to edit discounts . Or ask at register for edit order at counter your perfect order . Example sausage muffin no sausage no cheese add bacon 2x and it’s a Muffin bacon custom .
