Great idea Phil! It looks professional. Suggestion: I would ad some fender washers to the two self drilling screws you used to support the holder.After a period of time I think you will find that the pvc will start to crack where the screw heads are under the wait of all the bottles in the holder. The washers will add more holding power to the surface of the plastic. Another idea is to use 2 x 2 or 3 x 3 shelf angle brackets to support the holder. I love it!

Next time instead of marking the 4 sides all you gotta do is find center of the 4x4 and make your spacing because the drill bit is center. Sweet idea though!

For the 32oz bottle holder about 3/4in apart and from the ends. And the 16oz holder 1in in between bottles and I roughly did and 1-2 inches from either end. I pretty much eyeballed it.
