Very good advice thank you for this. This very true, it is really important to organize the client files, so that can be find easily when needed. Otherwise if disorganized will waste the time to find for it.

how to quickly turn docs into digital. i got 2000 pages from ceb text books from law library i printed for my cases. i sorted them into 20 catagories but the stack is huge. i numbered them. its hard still to quickly access pieces of info i need. but also i may need this digital to reprint stuff or email it etc. does fedex office do somethibg like this? my home printer sucks. bought a cheap one have hard time installing driver to get it to work.
