I also have this problem with intrusive thoughts but also sometimes self doubts, salvation doubts and sinful dreams. When I wake up I literally wake up with feeling i have sinned, Its hellish. I wish you strenght, what helps is turning to Jesus always with everything, especially against these evil attacks.

Do you go to confession and receive Holy Communion? Praying the rosary each day and Angelus three times a day at 6am, 12pm and 6pm helps me with this, but I still struggle to let go of it. But it's not so much a constant obsession.

You recognize the sin and with his help you can overcome anything. Repent in your heart. Go deeper and longer in prayer, away from others when nobody is around so that you can cry and shout if you need to. As the saying goes, even when I don't see it or feel it, you (God) are working. So whether you feel it or not , keep praying daily for this so he knows your commitment to change. All he wants is a relationship with you, and he will do the rest. Do your part and trust in him for the troubles you can't change. Repent but also rejoice in knowing that he can and will change you. Don't get stuck in the mentality of a sinner. Focus on the upcoming victory. You will one day look back and say praise and thanks to the Lord and say thanks for the future battles. God bless you.

I’m well now and my prayer and time to God has become far and few… I keep saying I need to go get my lips (duck lips) done and my cheeks Re done so I can “feel and look” good. I overindulge a lot feel so satisfied afterwards… but I need to stop giving in to my body!!! The flesh can make us so weak spiritually if we keep giving in. I’m saying this right now, I will stop!
