My intention with this video is to give you clarity, perspective and direction to not only make this possible, but to turn it into your benefit too.
Welcome to this video, I’m Tom from the Alive Academy.com, After having grown very fast around the age of 12, I was being laughed at and was bullied for being so skinny that my joints were actually thicker than my limbs.This was the birth of my very low self esteem and feeling of unworthiness.I tried many things to hide my low self esteem, literally behind layers of clothing.Until one day, on the bus from school, a kid yelled very loud through the entire fully packed bus, that my other pants were sticking out underneath my pants. The entire bus starting laughing at me.Being unmasked felt like wanting to disappear.Then I restlessly searched in my head for ways to not be laughed at or not being bullied anymore.So I learned everything about fitness and nutrition, I become obsessed to become bigger and stronger.Later in life I realised my hunt to become strong and big, was just out of fear for being laughed at again and just another mask of pretending for feeling small, weak and unworthy on the inside...
To help you to transmit independent fulfilment, the worst nightmare of a bully, I suggest you to watch my 4 free videos towards the true independent feeling of fulfilment within, we all are looking for outside of ourselves. Click here:
www.alive-academy.com
so I can send you the videos.
If you want to know how I realised that my conventional health and fitness study was mostly flat out wrong and how my body now measures 16 years younger then my calendar age, click here:

so I can send you the free videos!
Enjoy your complete liberation process!

I took up boxing and took revenge on my bully. I broke his nose and gave him a concussion. For that I was thrown out from school. Luckely no more bullying in the new school. Not proud or anything, but it helped me a lot. Kids are the biggest jerks in my experieces.

Agreed. When you are in school ignoring them won't work especially if they are violent. You have no choice to fight back but in most cases the bully is going to target somebody who is smaller and physically weaker. Sometimes the bully can make a mistake on their target. I saw it happen once in my hschool there was a small kid who was 5'7 and got attacked by a tall kid who was 6'6 and ripped. The kid who was 5'7 ended up whooping the 6'6 kid's ass. What all of us didn't know was the 5'7 kid was a kick boxer.

When you confront them you break the illusion of them viewing their selves as better than the people they bullied. Also are you truly ignoring them. To be fair, it's really hard to actually ignore someone, not responding isn't the same as ignoring if it shows in your body language.

I see a bully as a kind of psychological energy vampire. Like a traditional vampire, a bully needs to feed on another’s energy to keep themselves fed. Negative emotions like Fear, anger, sadness are the energy they feed off of. However, it it short lived as It fills them for a time, but eventually they get a craving for more. Then, they’re looking for new victims or going back to the same people they’ve previously preyed on as an energy source. In short, they’re living unfulfilled lives as they either cannot or haven’t learned how to properly produce true authentic self fulfillment from within. That’s why I think they keep doing it. 🤔

You know what. I agree with this. It's hard to explain because it starts to sound a little sci-fi, but I do believe when you're bullied as an adult, it's a form of a succubus energy. It is demonic and my only advice for people who are being targeted is to protect your energy. Say it one time, leave or fight but stop the transference. Once you end it, dont keep replaying it in your mind, send them love and forget about them

Bullying happens at all levels of life but it's the worst when you are in school since kids don't have to be held accountable for being violent. When you are an adult and attack somebody you can be charged with assault and have a criminal record. That doesn't really start to sink in for a lot of kids until they are out of hschool or when they enter college. I remember my first few weeks of college seeing kids get arrested for fighting. Bullying can be handled much better once you are out of school since there is much more to lose on both sides for the bully and the potential victim. If the bully is some random street thug the best thing to do is just walk away since you are not going to see this person ever again. If the bully is someone you work with and they try to insult you just remain calm and stare them down and make eye contact and tell them "This joke/insult was inappropriate and shows your lack of professionalism." If you do it the way I said it will make the bully uncomfortable and they will back off. I know this works because I have had a few encounters at jobs I worked at in the past where I have addressed bullies this way.

No offense, but as I was growing up and was constantly bullied by classmates, the teachers gave me the same stupid advice “They’re only doing it to get a rise out of you. Just ignore them and they’ll stop!” Guess what? 12 years of trying to ignore them NEVER WORKED. They would just continue at every opportunity (while I valiantly tried to ignore them). After a while I figured it was just an excuse the teachers gave, so they could ignore me, rather than actually doing something. So, what does work? Getting someone on your side that threatens them. It’s the only thing that bullies understand.

When it comes to bullying teachers are just like wardens in prison. Just like wardens they are not going to do anything about it when you get attacked. Ive noticed as an adult women, the bullies are suffering too. Many have experienced childhood trauma or poor parenting themselves. They also need to seek help, along with their victims. Ive seen a few bullies who engage in self harm practices or have been suicidal themselves. As a parent, it’s tough watching your children get bullied and trying to seek help from authorities will only lead to more bullying for your child. Speaking from personal experience, the child could grow resentful towards the parent trying to help. Based on cultural environment, the parent could indirectly or unknowingly bring harm to the child. It’s hard for the victims and parents. We live in a culture where bullying is glamorized as the “cool crowd”; making children think this behavior is normal or should be acceptable.

A physically strong person never gets bullied, bullies always look for a weak target, period
@user-qe7bt9dz1l
@user-qe7bt9dz1l Жыл бұрын
Bullshit, I’m bigger and stronger than all my bullies but they didn’t care. They still bullied me because I suffer from freezing up in confrontations. No matter how tough I am everywhere else, in a direct confrontation my body just locks up and I can’t do shit no matter how hard I try. It’s been that way my whole life and I think it came from my dad bullying me since childhood. Nothing seems to get rid of it and bullies prey on that weakness in me no matter how much strength I have. It’s like my kryptonyte.

It’s exactly what people need to do if they were bullied as a child , is not focus on the exterior which they sadly tend to do because they are still seeking external validation. Speaking from experience and your video was very wise.

My soon to be 13 year old daughter recently lost her group of friends. She is so sad and I feel helpless. I have no idea what to do or say. This little girl is going into a change to a boy. I definitely didn’t judge I told my daughter we accept everyone. I encourage her to support her. Now she is the one who got everyone to stop talking to her and mocks her in class. I told her she is doing it to feel better about herself since she’s not happy with her self. I’m a hands on mom. Her mother never was with us when the girls would hangout. I would pick her up drop her at her house. Bought her food stuff when we went out. It angers me how can she backstab my daughter after all she’s supported her in her transition. Because she can’t tell her own mom the truth she told my daughter about wanted to change into a boy.

I was bullied by 2 classmates when I moved schools in elementary. Nobody really did anything and my mom did very little, though this one classmate always stood up for me. The following school year I began to feel anxious and sad, in the morning's I'd go to the restroom and cry, the following school year I became depressed...flash forward to middle/high school it became depression and anxiety and suicidal thoughts and ideation, insecurity. And I acted tough or unbothered since young, still do. But I realized that it wasn't the bullying/bullies that made me that way, it was the fact that I felt so alone and unwanted that made me feel like I always had to look out for myself and trust no one. I must also say that ever since I was bullied I never felt like I really had friends or belonged, and it took me some time to realize because every time I tried to talk or get the pieces together someone (esp my mom) they never gave me the chance to let them out.

Right. I was bullied in high school because of my small hight and I know now that they were hurt from the inside. It is easier to critisize others and draw attention away from them than look inside the heart and cope with their own problem. I found you in my critical moments of life and learn with open heart. I am 12 and my school has started this thing we’re your have to scream out every one’s name and when your a bully you find some sort of reason for who you hate so you can call out there name and it can really bring you down, I have started calling out my name with them and it is really helping. I am just waiting for there next tactic though so I can cry myself to sleep again

"They just want love and attention but don't know how to ask for it" So an easy way to resign a bully is to give them you unfiltered, unconditional love and attention, show them the light to the world then leave c: What do you guys think? She is 20 years old and we paid 3500 for the semester at this house. She feels like she can't leave her room. They trashed the house when they had a sorority event of some kiind and then complained when they had to clean up and said that she didn't do enough cleaning, which my daughter denies. She says they don't eat and they read aloud the calories of her groceries. What do you think of this and what shouid we do? She is a 5 to 6 hour drive away.

Just ignore or let it go in one ear and out of the other are things that were said to me as a boy. However, if we need to ignore then it means that we care, if we care what is being said it gives power to what is being said. I found that becoming arrogant, even a bit condescending helped me. To say "I am just as good as that bully" isn't saying much about our self worth. No, indeed, I am "better" that that bully... I don't have to put others down to build myself up. To say "I am good enough, smart enough and people like me" (from SNL) doesn't do the trick... no I am more than smart enough, I am better then just "good enough" and frankly... I don't care who likes me. Sure I want to "get along" but that doesn't mean that I need to be seeking the approval of others to do so. I was bullied by my family, class mates and just about anyone I met as a 10 year old boy. By the time that I was 12 I was expelled from school and was said to be "retarded". This ended with me being placed in a juvenile home for 18 months. I was around young criminals and thugs. However, it took me a few weeks to realize that I was smarter than most of them (my iq was tested and found to be 136). I had an epiphany and knew that the problem wasn't me... it was my mother, brother, uncle, teacher and class mates. No I wasn't the dummy that they said that I was. Love yourself is the key... just as you are.
