For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Bhaiya I am a student of B.A. final year, suffering from depression since the month of March. At present I neither feel like to study nor practice recitation or synthesizer. I have to force myself to do anything. But I will try to improve myself after watching your video . Thanks for your advice.

This resonate with me perfectly. I Always wear a happy face mask in social life but internally broken. If you are a pure soul than earth is hell for you because everyone will try to crush you , they mentally and physically torture you until you will quit. Earlier I always try to please everyone and do all the things ,so they can feel happy. After some incidents in my life I found that why I pleasing everyone even though they are not caring about me. I read many books , took online life betterment classes but did not get any help because I was not trying to change my mindset from public praiser to self praiser. One day I reach to a Lady in Devprayag, who has blessed with baba gorakhnath. She pointed out some points other than japa and mantra. 1. Yesterday and tomorrow will never come, so keep your mind in NOW. 2. What happened in your life in your past it was your karmic account,no one can stop to happen it. 3. You have to always positive when you even think/speak for yourself or you are thinking about others. 4. God always give you more than one option and by choosing particular option you are choosing your life, so always double check the options your choosing in life ( don't take decisions emotionally). धन्यवाद आपका।

Even I have been in depression for my life since long time... But I deal it with my own ways..like reading good books on mind and body.. Doing Affirmations daily whenever I dont feel good... Telling myself every time k I m good enough.. I think these things also help if anyone is suffering from bad times and have a lot of depression, anxiety and worry.. And yes friend! I have promised to myself to deal with depression every time.. :):)

Thanks a lot. I m suffering from dipreson since long ithad spoiled my health no one had given correct advice but now I m taking psychiatric treatment n feeling better. It was tabu before now people have understood the importance of mental health as well.

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like stress, anxiety, fear,negative thinking,insomnia & indigestion . But this therapy has today made me a new person all together, full of hope, enthusiasm, zest , positive thinking & to a top of it a better understanding human . HOW TO LISTEN: Close your eyes and imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen surah "Al-rahman" in the voice of qari abdul basit with great concentration & focus . When the recitation ends , open eyes , take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Start doing yoga,meditation&running in daily routine it will built inner strength in you. Most important Start chanting Gayatri mantra on daily basis. These all things will completely change your life100% surely. Try it for 1 month regular then tell me.

I'm a first year student of clg. In my boards I did very well so my parents admitted me to a good college for which I have to stay in a city. My relatives had a flat there so they gave it to us. Me and my mum stay there but we had to always go home during weekends coz of our financial weakness and a shift of my coaching classes. None of my friends are in this new clg and I'm quite unmatched with the rest of the gang. Due to my busy hours I've to skip my meals or sometimes because I'm too tired to eat thus growing thinner and thinner. My studies aren't going too well but nobody thinks it is coz I did so well in my boards. I've to stop my hobby of writing diary, poems, stories cause I've no time. Also I have to stay inside the flat whole day with no physical activities. I'm so sick so stressed. Exams are just round the corner. My parents talk about my worst side all day. So I came to this video. Dono at what extent it will be helpful but at least I'm gonna try promising to fight my clinical depression.

Is there anyone reading me ? I am in my 30s & I am feeling like a looser and worst part is even after I had so many friends I had gone to a phase where I disconnect myself from everyone slowly and consciously and it is so difficult to even open up to them… I do not feel like meeting anyone… I am in my 30s and I feel complete looser… In my late teens I started working and as soon as I was an adult age I was making a basic money that made me feel like confident.. In my very early 20s I reached to a leading position… I had everything but then mid 20s I lost evrrything and went back to zero coz of one bad incident and I couldn’t even use my experience and then I stood back again there it took time but I stood back and then there was a long period I was just trying to settle down with my marriage and in this process I lost myself today I am back to zero in career But now I have a baggage of full feeling Looser , aging late 30s and with so much experience and knowing tat once upon a time ppl used to look upto to me I feel more pathetic to go out in public and face the world.. I feel weird… my X employees my old colleagues they think and msg at times lookin for advices but me who once upon a time was their leader their mentor their frnd in need is right now so vulnerable that even when i see their call on my screen I end up crying… I today cannot even do my basic work be it showering, going out , cooking or even cleaning or waking up, not washing hair for weeks… I feel I am dead before life.. I just don’t know for the first time how I went so deep into this… earlier also I have been into this situation many times but this time is the worst… I feel I am late for life.. I feel pathetic I feel world is a worst place to live I feel Life pathetic I u fortunately even when go out for routine work also if at all I do i only meet bad worst ppl is it my Kismat or wat I dnt know.. i believe too much in karma and so whole my life i try not to hurt ppl amd if i do u try to apoligize i keep no ego but today to go outisde and live life i get image conscious… I feel zero confidence… I look good but in the mirror now I am only see shabby looser.. i only cry and cry and eat n cry… nothing makes me happy… no shopping to money no love no entertainment no traveling (its a different story that i just dnt take a pain to go out how would i even plan a travel) i used to be a travel enthusiast once upon a time when there were hardly travelvloggers that time i only kept plannig n thinking of being a vlogger… life is sulking… I just feel like dying but then I know i can’t kill myself… head spins and it hurts to see that once upon a time someone who was a mental support to others someone who was so passionate about life today is so helpless and even after knowing that walking and doing small things shall bring a change i do nothing and today past one week it is just going bad n worst… I feel worst y in such a big world there i have no frnds whom I can share my pain … y i am scared of being judged🥲😞 I hate this inhuman world… no one is caring for others …

i have trusted your thoughts similar to seeken. Thanks dude. I have learned one thing yesterday. If we replace the word survival or struggle through bad situation with "Fight" it seems to be more energetic and creates worrior type mentallity to kill the problems instead of surving them. As Chanakya says, we should eliminate the problem from root. and not for the time being Good work. keep it up. i have suscribed and will watch your videos wheneve i get time. and my tip for depression is keep yourself busy and dont give time for yourself to think about depression. have your favourite hobby with you. and most important have atleast one "ART" in your life

My parents took me to a psychologist and i was diagnosed with modarate depression and they gave me some antidepressants and sleeping pills but after some days due to pressure I took 20 sleeping pills at once and was admitted in the hospital... Here I am in my home now and for ur info I was at residential hostel(jnv) that time and some teachers were behaving very rudely and my sensitive nature on top of that.... Want to overcome this phase and perfect well in my upcoming board exam😞

I am a normal person before this depression I didn't even thought that it will happen to me I have listen this word many times and I thought what is this now I understand this is very bad I know how it feels Today I'm just 18 years I want to do something in my life but now I'm stuck in this depression overthinking problems I don't know I did this to myself or it happens maybe it's because starting of the year 2022 I started watching motivational videos in extreme and working and thinking just like that one day I will be doing this or that but maybe that affected my brain patterns and when I'm not doing the work my thought patterns told me you have to do this that and then overthink started and here I'm in depression I know it feels like empty nothing but I'm trying to keep safe myself but I want to get out of this really and who are suffering from this thing God may give you strength you will do it

Very important for mental depressed or sufferers......me b ise suffer Kiya hu or mene khud ko cure kiya without any medicine only and only by myself so the only thing that will help you or helped me is please please be practical....socho jo hi rha h....bilkul tiredness ko ek taraf rakhke practically socho apne aas paas ko puri tarah aankh khol ke dekho bass tum acha feel kroge or khud me change dekhoge..............and or ki thought when was you mentally healthy or q the uss tym.....it will help u.........and last but not least socho ki mujhe kuch to acha karna h like mujhe different or u know knowledgeable person apne andar develope karna h.....mene meditation yoga kuch n ni kiya tha bass apne upar chote chote cheejo ko observe karke change Kiya ....guys if u want to do meditation or yoga definitely do......love u all be healthy.....kab takk h hu me iss planet par atleast apne andar hi simat ke ni rehna bilkul b.....never Suicide 😭😭
