Very nice Video. This idea of having to plumb the absolute depths of something before it changes into its opposite is found in many areas that I work in as a psychotherapist. It is in Jung’s Enantiodromia, in Carl Rogers famous dictum “when I accept myself as I am - then I change” and in the first step of the twelve step programs. Powerful stuff.
