Im 25 i feel lost all the time, feels like im never moving out, my job sucks, i have nightmares about going homeless every night, a bunch of stuff, just dont see the point in life, havent for a long time, and it gets worse

I can't speak to your situation specifically but some of the best advice I've gotten is that we can't think our way out of overthinking.
