Thanks for sharing this with us. If you are going somewhere, where the climate is warm, 5 underpants are enough, you can wash them by hand. I went to England for 10 days and only had 3 in my bag. Anyway, they take up almost no space so it doesn´t really matter 😊 Those are many, many shorts and tops for a week. Since the tops have no sleeves, you can wear them several times but I understand that since you have plenty of room you just take them. How was it? Did you end up using it all? Did you miss anything? Will you take more/less next time? Thanks again for showing us what you've taken with ya.

I have a really similar backpack from Amazon by the brand Hikpro. For something so lightweight it’s surprisingly tough. How did yours hold up on the trip?

Did you take sunglasses? Great video! I’ve never gone personal or carryon only, but plan to.

Yes I did take sunglasses 😎 thank you! And it’s definitely worth it, so much easier to carry and cheaper too now that loads of airlines make you pay for carry on!

Hey, as I mentioned I am currently on accutane again so unfortunately my acne did come back. My skin is really stubborn so I haven't managed to keep it away for good :/

Tips ... Never underfill packing cubes, you could have easily used a large ziplock bag or a packing cube at least half that size, it really defeats the object using it! you could have fit all the tops in that cube too!roll tightly and neatly into small cubes, then they don't crease as much and take up far less space so the bag is less bulky making it easier to carry..That tops cube is again double the size you need! you could have had plenty of space for your bumbag had you downsized the cube sizes.... you need to put the liquids into the correct size bag, you could have decanted the savlon and the part used toothpaste into tiny pots and remove the new one from the packet to create more space, you should also put all of your electrical and tech bits together in the pockets so it's all together and saves bulking up the so called non liquids toiletry bag. My Dad also got pickpocketed in the metro and it was almost a thousand pounds and all his cards gone in an instant! grand it was a man with a child and they use babies as a distraction too. if you use the rule in packing the flatter the better as bulky items take up more space you will always be able to fit far more in a small space without any worries of being charged extra at the airport... who did you fly with and how big is your bag in inches or cm's ?

Hey, thanks for your comment, but I use the packing cubes for organisation and they were pretty full! I don't think being organised and having all your things easily accessible defeats the purpose of using them. I also don't like rolling clothes, I've tried it before and find that they actually end up more creased, it takes too much time and I feel like it takes up more space - it's just a personal preference really, to be honest, its a top or a pair of trousers that will take up the same amount of space whether it's folded or rolled, its just like an illusion I guess as to how you see it haha. I also did have space for my bumbag if I needed to squeeze it in, I could have. Yes, I did put the liquids into a proper liquids bag at the airport, I just didn't have one at home as my last one got a hole in it haha, probably should've said that in the video! But I had PLENTY of space in my liquids bag when I transferred it so I didn't need to put anything into smaller pots. I didn't put any electricals in my toiletries bag? haha, I just let them take up spare space in the bag. Oh that's so bad, my dad was lucky enough to catch the person! I flew with Ryanair and the bag is I think more or less the maximum size for their carry on items which I think is 40 x 25 x 20cm (:

@@ChelseaAddams If you roll tightly and neatly it prevents all deep creasing and it certainly does save space as folding creates a more bulky profile and you need to chose a cube that is exact the correct size either turning the clothes either way using the depth front to back or side to side and the cubes you used were not the right size for the amount of items you packed, the flatter and less bulky the profile of bag or cube the better! i am talking about the bits and pieces you put in the zipped bag! look at it again! I was saying that you don't need a lot of product for one week so it is such a good idea to get a variety of pot and bottles in tiny sizes as it really reduces the weight and the bulk for personal and carry on bags and cases! People do tend to copy youtubers so i wish you had said you have to put liquids together and give the rules and say you are going to do it at the airport and that way others watching do the same and people like me don't have to say why didn't you do it and you should have done it! the cubes and bags being smaller containing neatly rolled clothes make that bag less bulky and easy to carry and lighter especially with sizing down the individual containers it makes it lighter too and you still get to take the stuff you want to and often even extra items on top too... thank you for the info, i ended up getting a cheap backpack as my personal item as i am flying BA and their bag can weigh alot but it is tiny and the cabin bag can also weigh alot and i have got a large capacity IT case which is smaller than i am allowed but the capacity is 52L which is a large amount for a small carry on case.. i am allowed to check in a case too but there is no point as they love to lose them and i don't want to struggle with larger cases... the one you have got is sadly too big for the allowance but maybe when i fly with other airlines it is one to be considered ... take care and happy travelling xxx
