How To Paint A Simple Watercolour Loose Urban Cityscape, Watercolor Landscape Tutorial

A loose cityscape painting demonstration, inspired by a photo from Pixabay, I forgot to include the ref. photo in the video, but here's the link: pixabay.com/ph...
I hope you enjoy watching, please like and subscribe if you haven't already! I used yellow ochre, indigo, paynes grey and white gouache, but use what ever similar colours (or different) that you like! Brushes etc are detailed in the tutorials, but, again, use whatever you are comfortable with. My paper is Saunders Waterford cold pressed, my board is at an angle of about 45-60 degrees.

Well my dear Lois ... The first two paintings I have copied from you came out really well' I will definitely be giving this one a go. It's a little tricky because I use Acrylic paint and water it down ... but it seems to be working. Hi Louis, do you use a heater or hair dryer to speed up the drying time?

I don’t own a hairdryer, so no! I let things dry naturally, I find the paper flattens more reliably and evenly this way, it just takes a little longer. If I’m in a hurry I’ll sometimes rest it in a warm oven but only for about 20 seconds at a time
