What kind of paint did you use when you first started it? Did you use oil paint for the skull or acrylic?

I use only fabric paints for painting. Other kinds of paints are not appropriate for painting on clothes

You need to creat white basecoat first. Then it will take 2 layers for a bright color - white layer then yellow layer

Hello! By this kind of things you mean all the things or just "scary"ones :)? If you want to know what do do with creative blocks, of course I have them too. But I learned to don't push myself too hard. Sometimes its ok to get inspired by other artists. For example I saw an artist who painted abstract skull , I didn't copy but just took an idea and painted it in my style and using different colors. You don't have to be "super creative" all the time. But its important to keep painting. For example I painted this skull which is not like completely my idea, but now I have a couple of my own abstract designs ideas, which came to my mind in the process of painting:)

That's amazing, I totally love it! I'm just wondering about the way you apply paint. Is it directly from the container thing? I mean, well, I have a background with traditional watercolors and I'm used to dilute\activste the paints with water first, with the brush and apply it to surface. And I believe it was the same thing with acrylics. So how to go on with fabric paints? Either way, I'm so glad I found your channel! It's really inspiring and I'm so excited to try painting on clothes out :)

Thank you! You know it depends on paints ) if fabric paints are fresh they usually pretty liquid and you don't need extra water to dilute them. If paints are used they can get dry a bit and then yes you need a bit water.

It must be hard to iron for 5 minutes on al the thick parts of the jackets like the seams and pockets. I have heard on some peoples videos that clothes can be put in the oven for an amount of time and temperature to seal the paint. Do you do that too or iron everything, even very thick parts???

Honestly I don't iron for 5 minutes 😁 probably for 1 minute each part. Don't know about oven . Have never tried it and would not recommend it because it can be dangerous 🤔 fire hazard ?

No you don't have to use. The last step is fixing paints with an iron
